DRAFT — LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED. These draft terms have not been approved by an attorney, are not legal advice, and may not be enforceable as written. They will be replaced by a counsel-approved version. BLISS NETWORK TERMS OF SERVICE — Version 2026-10-17-draft-4 1. Who we are. Bliss Network is operated by BBI Ventures LLC operating as Bliss ("Bliss"). Governing law and Bliss's notice address are shown below these terms; if either is shown as "not yet set", Bliss has not finalized it. 2. Invitation-only membership. Membership is by invitation from Bliss only, and only for two member types that Bliss approves: super connectors and enterprise clients. Paying for a plan does not by itself make anyone an approved super connector. Bliss may approve, pause, suspend or end any membership. Your account is personal; do not share it. 3. Genuine, accurate relationships. Only add people and organizations you genuinely know. Information you add must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not add phone numbers or email addresses of the people you list, or anything you are not allowed to share. 3a. Leads, automated cleaning and original files. Only a name is required to add a lead. Notes and additional business details are optional. Before a lead is shown to other members, an automated process that includes AI rewrites it into short business bullet points and removes contact details and personal or identifying context; the cleaned version is then published automatically. If it cannot be cleaned safely it stays private. This is careful but not perfect anonymity. Bliss administrators can see everything you submit, including your raw notes and the complete original of any CSV file you upload (including columns you did not map). Other members never see your raw notes or original files. 4. Confidentiality and consent. Treat everything you see in the network as confidential. Being listed is not consent to an introduction: the person being introduced must agree before any introduction is made, and their contact details are never shared automatically. 5. Bliss-mediated introductions and anonymity. Members communicate only with Bliss through the app. Bliss communicates separately with requesters and relationship holders. Accepting an offer or terms does not automatically reveal a relationship holder’s identity or enable direct member-to-member messaging. Bliss facilitates an actual introduction only after the affected parties, including the person being introduced, consent. 6. What Bliss can see. Bliss administrators can see all content in the app, including relationship records, private notes, messages, offers, acceptances and reported revenue. Bliss never sees your password. Actions are logged for audit and security. 7. Bliss fee. For each introduction made through the app, Bliss earns a TOTAL fee of 1.5% of qualifying gross revenue actually received. Qualifying gross revenue means revenue actually received, before operating expenses, from business directly resulting from the introduced relationship, excluding sales taxes and amounts refunded or charged back. 8. Who pays. Unless both members agree otherwise in writing (including by both accepting a specific allocation in the app), the requester pays half (0.75% of qualifying revenue) and the connector pays half (0.75%). Members may agree a different allocation, for example 100% by one member. The total Bliss fee is always 1.5% in total, not 1.5% per person. Nobody who has not agreed to these terms owes Bliss a fee because of them. Example: $100,000 of qualifying gross revenue actually received means a $1,500 total Bliss fee — $750 from the requester and $750 from the connector under the default split. 9. Attribution period. The fee applies to qualifying revenue received during the 36 calendar months after the introduction is made, including repeat business and renewals in that period. Repeat contact does not restart the period; only a separately accepted new introduction starts a new one. The same revenue is never counted twice. 10. Connector compensation is separate. Any compensation one member agrees to pay another (the offer in a request) is separate from, and in addition to, the Bliss fee. 11. Regulated activities. No contingent or revenue-based Bliss fee applies to securities, venture capital or fundraising, investment, lending, real-estate brokerage, insurance or any other licensed or regulated referral activity. Such introductions are held for compliance review and may be declined. 12. Reporting and no circumvention. You agree to report qualifying revenue to Bliss within 30 days of receiving it, and to keep reasonable records. You will not avoid the Bliss fee by taking a permitted, attributable transaction outside the app. Bliss does not collect money through the app; fees are invoiced and settled separately. 13. Corrections and removal. You can ask Bliss to correct or remove information about you or that you added, from your Account page. 14. No guarantee. Bliss does not guarantee any introduction, meeting, response, deal or revenue, and does not verify every record. 15. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Bliss is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability is limited to fees Bliss actually received from you in the prior 12 months. 16. Termination and survival. Either side may end membership at any time. Fee obligations for introductions already accepted and permitted continue for their attribution period after termination. 17. Changes. Bliss may change these terms only by publishing a new dated version that you must accept in the app before further introduction activity. Agreed allocations may be changed only in writing signed or accepted by both members. PRIVACY NOTICE (DRAFT). Bliss collects your name, email, the relationships and business details you add, your messages and offers, and audit logs of your actions. It is used to run the network, make introductions you request, track fees and keep the service secure. Other members see directory-safe business details but not who added them. Members communicate only with Bliss, never directly with each other through the app. Accepting terms does not reveal your identity; Bliss makes an introduction only with the consent of the people involved. Bliss does not sell your data. Ask for access, correction or deletion from your Account page.
